All our cabinetry installations—residential or commercial—come with a structured warranty. We cover defects in materials and craftsmanship for a set period from the completion date. This means if any component we’ve supplied or installed fails because of faulty manufacturing or installation, we’ll repair or replace it at no additional cost to you within the warranty timeframe.

How Long Does the Warranty Last?

The standard coverage period is seven years for fixed cabinetry elements, reflecting industry standards and local building codes across Melbourne. For stone and marble benchtops, specific supplier warranties may apply; we’ll communicate these details upfront, so you’re never left guessing what’s covered. Hardware such as hinges, drawer runners or pull-out systems also follow manufacturer guarantees—often five years or more for premium brands.

What the Warranty Doesn’t Cover

Regular wear and tear happens in every kitchen, bathroom or retail fit-out. The warranty doesn’t extend to surface scratches from normal use, accidental damage (like dropped pans), misuse, water damage from leaks outside our scope, or unauthorised alterations after installation.
